2023 Annual Membership Meeting

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  Each unit may cast only ONE Ballot per household, either by paper Ballot by mail/personal delivery OR by completing the form below. The Association honors only the most recent ballot submitted on behalf of home/lot.
2.  Voting is optional but the required information is mandatory in order to count your Ballot towards quorum.
3.  Please review the Candidate Statements then scroll down to complete the voting section.
4.  The deadline for ballot submission is 6:30pm on November 29, 2023.
    ​REQUIRED INFORMATION:  The following information is required in order to submit your ballot via this online voting form.  This information is used to validate ownership and voting rights as per the HOA's governing documents.  
    VOTING SECTION:  Please review the following actions subject to member vote then vote accordingly.  While the above "required information" section is mandatory to count your home/lot towards quorum, voting is not.  If you submit this voting form without casting a vote in the space below, your ballot will be counted towards quorum only.
    ACTION FOR VOTE: BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
    Three Director Seats are up for election this year.  Candidate biographies are linked above.  Please review the nominee(s) then cast your vote as directed below.

    ​Each lot/home may select no more than THREE (3) candidates. Check the box adjacent to the candidate's name for which you wish to cast your vote.  If your candidate's name does not appear below, you may type their name(s) in the designated Write-In Candidate space(s).
    ACTION FOR VOTE: 2024 BUDGET RATIFICATION
    Enclosed please find the proposed 2024 Budget, which provides for an assessment of $264 per unit per month (decreased from $309.15 in 2023). Pursuant to CCR 6.2, unless 2/3 of members vote to reject the proposed budget, it’s automatically ratified. For this reason, only an option to reject is offered in the voting section below. 

    If you are in favor of ratifying (adopting) the proposed 2024 Budget, please leave this voting section blank.
